Our cookware is hand-hammered, so each piece varies slightly in finish, tone and weight from the photos. Listed capacities and dimensions are approximate. Follow the care guide to keep brass and copper in good condition.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place an order is the price you pay.

Online payments (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets) are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders.

Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or the payment or address cannot be verified; any amount paid is then refunded in full.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, replacements and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think it has been misused. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Reviews must be honest and about products you have used. We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated. By posting, you allow us to show your review on the site.

The PINAK name, logo, photos, designs and text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

We are responsible for supplying products as described. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. We will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly first.
