Shipping & Delivery PolicyShipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partners. We do not ship outside India at the moment. If your PIN code cannot be serviced, we will contact you before dispatch and refund the order in full if no alternative works.

• Standard delivery: ₹99, free on orders of ₹2,500 and above.
• Express delivery: ₹199, where available.
• Cash on Delivery is available at no extra charge.

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location; express delivery is faster where the courier offers it.

Dispatch may take longer during festivals, public holidays or for made-to-order pieces. We will tell you if your order is delayed.

You get the courier name and tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also follow it on our order tracking page with your order number and email.

Every shipment is insured. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please note it with the courier and contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will replace the item free of charge as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because the address is wrong or nobody is available after the courier's attempts, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. For prepaid orders we can refund the order value minus the delivery charges incurred. Questions? Write to [email protected].
