• Account and order details: name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the items you order.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and method, never your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, reviews, or email and WhatsApp.
• Technical data: cookies that keep your cart and sign-in working, and basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) used for security and troubleshooting.
• Google sign-in: if you choose it, your name and email address from Google.

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and password reset emails.
• To answer your enquiries and keep your account secure.
• To meet legal obligations such as tax invoices and accounting records.
• To send offers, only if you have agreed; you can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

• Razorpay, to process online payments and refunds.
• Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver your order (name, address, phone).
• Our hosting and email providers, which store and send data on our behalf.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it.

We use essential cookies for your cart, region and sign-in. Without them the shop cannot work, so they cannot be switched off on this site. You can clear them in your browser at any time.

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires (currently 8 years). Account data is kept while your account is active; you can ask us to delete it, subject to those legal records.

The site uses HTTPS encryption, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the store.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent for marketing, or raise a grievance. Email [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. Signed-in customers can also update their details on the account page.

This store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
